Membership
Please note that besides for the B.Sc. student membership, an academic degree is required to become a member. Terms and conditions of the membership can be found in the Satzung (available in German only: https://www.dzg-ev.de/gesellschaft/satzung/)
The membership fees valid from the year 2018 were redefined at the general meeting of the DZG in Bielefeld on Friday, 15. 9.2017:

| a) PhD student: | 25 € / year |
| b) B.Sc. / M.Sc student * / unemployed member **: | 15 € / year |
| c) retired member **: | 30 € / year |

The membership is extended automatically for another year in case it is not cancelled in time (end of current year).
Supporting members
With an additional contribution, you can help keeping membership and annual meeting fees low and support the prize money for the Walther-Arndt-Prize, Horst-Wiehe-Prize and Werner-Rathmayer-Prize awards. All supporting members are mentioned by name in the circulars of the society. Please contact the DZG-office if you are interested.
