Section Morphology

The Morphology section of the German Zoological Society (DZG) is a loosely structured association of zoologists who work on comparative anatomical and morphological topics as part of their research projects. One of the main goals of the Morphology section is the promotion of young scientists through activities that focus on methodological and technical aspects as well as the exchange within the peer group. To this end, we organize the morphology sessions at the annual meetings of the DZG, a satellite symposium every two years before the DZG meeting, workshops on changing topics, online symposia, and the annual “Morphology Meeting“.
