In this graduate meeting, we emphasize challenges of systematics and evolutionary research encountered by cryptic specieation. Four invited speakers are: Dr Vera Fonseca, ZFMK Bonn, Dr Bernhard Hausdorf, Zoologisches Museum Hamburg, Dr. Katharina Jörger, LMU München, Prof. Dr Alfried Vogler, NHM London. The meeting will close with a panel discussion about the challenges in modern Taxonomy but also the challenges on the job market for young researchers in the field of phylogenetics, systematics, and taxonomy
